Call it a case of musical lawyers.
A day after the first unidentified masseur who had filed a sexual battery lawsuit against John Travolta dropped his case and hired Gloria Allred to represent him, the actor's other accuser, only known as John Doe No. 2, has now latched on to the high-profile attorney as well.

After spending the last several days blasting sexual battery lawsuits filed by anonymous masseurs, John Travolta's team is trying to shut down an even more shocking allegation.
In a statement to E! News, the 58-year-old actor's attorney Marty Singer is slamming a National Enquirer story that claimed Travolta once tried to perform oral sex on his Grease costar Jeff Conaway.

John Travolta's original masseur accuser is going back to the mattresses.
A day after John Doe No. 1's sexual assault allegations were dismissed and the accuser given the boot by his attorney, the masseur is back in the legal game, having hired none other than pitbull and media-lover extraordinaire Gloria Allred as his new lawyer.

Earlier today, the first anonymous masseuse to sue John Travolta two weeks ago for sexual battery has dropped his claims against the actor, and Marty Singer is suggesting it's only a matter of time before the second plaintiff follows suit.

Things are finally starting to go John Travolta's way, as E! News has confirmed that John Doe No. 1, the floodgate-opening anonymous masseur who alleged that the actor sexually assaulted him, has officially moved to dismiss his case against the movie star.

Looks like John Travolta could be prepping for a court showdown.
Amid rumors that a second sexual battery suit against the actor could be headed to mediation, the plaintiff's lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, tells E! News exclusively that the case won't go to settlement court.
"Mediation means settlement," Okorocha says. "There will never be a settlement because [Travolta attorney Marty] Singer [is] asking for a trial and wants to sue me."
So what does this mean for both the embattled actor and the second anonymous John Doe who's lobbed allegations of sexual assault against Travolta?

On April 18, the Old Dogs star was sued by one John Giron, who claims he had an unpleasant run-in with Travolta earlier this year in Los Angeles, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
