Mission Accomplished: Will Ferrell Makes 'Em Laugh So Hard They Cry (and Pee?)

Will Ferrell AP Photo/Kevin Wolf

There may not have been any Frank the Tank-style streaking going on last night, but there was certainly plenty of laughs.

That's because several funny folks came out on Sunday to honor Will Ferrell, who was presented with the 14th Annual Mark Twain Prize for American Humor in Washington, D.C. (A fitting place to be celebrated, obviously, considering his popular impression of President George W. Bush.)

So, who all was there, and what did they say and do to celebrate the man who makes us smile?

Ben Stiller, Matt Damon, Kristen Wiig, Jack Black…Bill Clinton? Who's Stealing Sean Penn's Lunch?!

The world is full of problems—war, famine, drought, poverty, fellow celebrities stealing Sean Penn's brown bag lunch. The injustices just don't stop!

Enter the Clinton Foundation's Celebrity Division, which has come up with some, uh, creative, actionable initiatives to stop the global inequities…or at least the one about Penn's missing sandwiches.

The hilarious video, first shown Saturday night at the Decade of Difference concert honoring President Bill Clinton's charitable works, was released this morning on FunnyorDie.com. Presumably because the ideas Ben Stiller, Matt Damon, Kristen Wiig, Jack Black, Ted Danson and Kevin Spacey float around on totally inappropriate softball league mascots, how to ban breathing, and, of course, the importance of theme songs, aren't the kind of gems that should be kept from the public.

Of course, the biggest laugh is saved for the big man himself—but we won't spoil it for you. Check out the clip, and sit tight—the payoff is worth it.

The Big Year, Steve Martin, Owen Wilson, Jack Black Twentieth Century Fox

Review in a Hurry: After movies featuring a dog (Marley & Me) and a bitch (The Devil Wears Prada), director David Frankel turns his eye to the sky with this uneven adventure about birds and fanatical birders—don't call them "bird watchers"! Considering the high-flying talent attached, The Big Year is a big letdown.

Movie Review: Kung Fu Panda 2's Kickin' Fight Scenes Are So Worth the 3-D Ticket

Kung Fu Panda 2 DreamWorks Pictures

Review in a Hurry: It shouldn't be a surprise after the first one, but Dreamworks' latest cartoon sequel remains a genuinely good martial arts movie, with some of the year's best fight sequences, and inarguably the best use of 3-D in a long time. Shame the script is so redundant—if we had a million bucks for every time the theme of "inner peace" is mentioned aloud, we could fund part 3 single-handedly.

Things aren't going so well for our friend Po (Jack Black). Right when he'd got that kung fu thing down and was living an awesome life of awesomeness in the Valley of Peace, trouble pops up.

The great masters are disappearing and an evil villain is on the rise, threatening to unleash a weapon upon the world that can destroy kung fu! Naturally, Po is asking the right questions: "How can kung fu stop something that stops kung fu?" It's a quandry. And definitely not an awesome one.
