Glee Guru Ryan Murphy Buys Charlize Theron's Malibu Pad

This bit of news was no doubt music to Charlize Theron's ears.

Ryan Murphy, the man who gave us Glee, recently plunked down $6.562 million to reside in the Malibu beachfront home that the actress owned and once shared with former boyfriend Stuart Townsend.

Earlier this year, Theron wanted to rent out the property for $30,000 a month, but later decided to get rid of it altogether and simply sell it instead.

So, just what does one get for that kinda cash?

Well, in addition to three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the house also features an expansive deck, hot tub, fire pit, built-in sound system, security cameras and a huge drop-down TV.

Situated on private La Costa beach, the place has had a history of impressive neighbors including Reese Witherspoon, Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O'Neal as well as Ozzy Osbourne and his family.

Oh yeah, and it comes fully furnished! No word if that includes an Oscar or not, though.
