"Our whole universe was in a hot dense state, then nearly fourteen billion years ago expansion started. Wait..."
We won't sing the whole song for you (although we're proud to say we can) we just wanted to get you pumped up in anticipation for tonight's 100th episode of The Big Bang Theory! We interviewed our favorite geek-chic cast at their 100th episode bash and we've got all the scoop on tonight's "quirky" and deceitfully fun plot twists...
CBS Picks Up Two New Dramas...So Which Show Is Left Hanging?
CBS isn't about to forget two of its new dramas.
The network announced today that it's ordered full seasons of two of its fall contenders.
So which shows made the cut and which one is still sweating it out? And where do the rest of the networks stand?
White Powder Mystery: Who's Out to Get CBS Studios?!
What's going on here?
First an envelope containing a suspicious white powder was sent to the Dancing With the Stars mailroom when hot-button contestant Bristol Palin was on the show, then an envelope with a white substance addressed to Craig Ferguson's Late Late Show at CBS, and now it seems the network has been hit again for the third time in the past year.
Here's what happened...
Andy Rooney Stepping Down From 60 Minutes
CBS will be losing one of its most monumental figures this Sunday, as Andy Rooney announced this week wil be his last regular broadcast on 60 Minutes after 33 years on the show, according to the network's website.
So what do the executive heads have to say about this end of an era?

First Look: Same Name Gets David Hasselhoff Mowing the Lawn
Did you know David Hasselhoff is a high-voltage power technician and landscaper from Texas?
Yeah, seriously!
But then there's also the other David Hasselhoff, who we all know from watching hit shows like Baywatch and Knight Rider.
Yup, two guys with the exact same name, who just so happen to be appearing in a new CBS show called...er...Same Name.
CBS Fall Preview Video: Kat Dennings and Michael Emerson Are People of Interest, Indeed
CBS upfront junkets are always orderly and spartan in the extreme, peopled by only the stars of their new shows, all of whom are on message and on their best behavior. So you gotta hope that the talent is sexy and fun, or you're plumb out of luck. Thankfully, this year, the talented included geek goddess Kat Dennings and one of our favorite interviewees evar, the great and terrible (terrible is a compliment in this case, people) Michael Emerson.
Press play above to see the electric chemistry between Dennings and her 2 Broke Girls costar Beth Behrs (cue slash fanfic...now) and then watch Emerson explain what his new CBS show Person of Interest means by that title:
Two and a Half Men Star Ashton Kutcher Thinks He "Won the Lottery" With New Gig
Who's winning today?
Charlie Sheen thought he was irreplaceable, but CBS took great pains at the 2011 upfront presentation to prove otherwise. He was absent from any and all promotional materials for Two and a Half Men (including a clip reel) and never mentioned by name. Instead, the network welcomed Ashton Kutcher to the stage in the company of the original one-and-a-half men, Jon Cryer and TV son Angus T. Jones.
So what did Ashton Kutcher and Jon Cryer say to the assembled advertisers when CBS "let them talk," as Kutcher put it?
CBS Video: 2 Broke Girls and the Return of Michael Emerson
Watch, judge, giggle and squee, TV fans, because these are your first looks at CBS' new fall series. We're exceedingly excited by the new Kat Dennings comedy 2 Broke Girls, but we're positively giddy about a show where Michael Emerson returns as a quasi-evil mastermind and where brooding alpha-male person Jim Caviezel wields a lot of semi-automatic weapons. Win-win!
Wanna see for yourself? Press play above to check out 2 Broke Girls, and then jump inside for more, including Emerson's Person of Interest (produced by Lost cocreator J.J. Abrams!) and the surprisingly poignant A Gifted Man (starring Patrick Wilson):
CBS Boss Reveals Post-Sheen Game Plan, Says "We Are So Excited to Have Ashton"
CBS nearly lost megahit comedy Two and a Half Men this year, thanks to living catastrophe Charlie Sheen, but Eye chief Nina Tassler just told reporters that despite the drama the network always counted on the continuation of the series, one way or another. (Still, CBS überboss Les Moonves noted about the recent Sheen-anigans, "I've been chased from every restaurant in Los Angeles in the last two months, avoiding questions.")
So why is CBS shaking up their Tuesday and Thursday schedules? What got canceled? And how exactly will Chuck Lorre kill off Charlie Harper so that he can be replaced by the new Ashton Kutcher character? Here's what we can tell you:
