Better luck next time, Justin Bieber.
The "Love Yourself" crooner was strolling around Amsterdam and wasn't in the mood to be recognized, so he busted out quite the disguise. Wearing a stick-on goatee and a brown wig, Bieber managed to cover up...but he was definitely noticed. The obvious disguise has made the rounds on the Internet, with people calling out the singer for his lackluster look.
Bieber also had his security detail behind him, which certainly didn't help with the whole concept of blending in with the crowd.
"Does this look real?" Bieber asked one onlooker in a video that has been posted on Instagram.
If his vocals and security detail (and obvious features) weren't enough to recognize the pop star, The Biebs also didn't cover up his notable tattoos, adding to the obviousness of the disguise. Bieber, 22, has been keeping a low profile after calling it quits recently with Sofia Richie, 18, which could add to his reasons why he wanted to cover up.
A source told E! News that Richie and Bieber "were never officially together, but were more casual hanging out and having fun."
As for why these two extinguished the flame, the source said, "It was super-hot and heavy, and because Justin doesn't want a relationship right now, he wanted to cool things down."
Now that he's totally unencumbered, Biebs is free to do as he will—and dress how he likes.
