Jane Kimmel is getting into show business at an early age.

As Jimmy Kimmel prepares to host the 2016 Emmys Sunday at 8 p.m., he's turned to his 2-year-old daughter for some last-minute advice. Jimmy shared a picture of himself poring over pages of material Saturday night, tweeting, "last minute #Emmys punch up with my best joke writer."

Jimmy spent Saturday afternoon in rehearsals, and he took to Twitter multiple times to tease a handful of the night's nominees and presenters. Sitting in front of Kerry Washington's seating card, the host joked, "Sometimes it feels like @KerryWashington is watching me. #Emmys rehearsal..." Kerry, who's nominated in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or a Movie category for her role in Confirmation, didn't miss a beat, tweeting, "Always Sir. ALWAYS."

Joel McHale's seating card was moved way back—so far back, in fact, that no other celebrities are in his proximity. "My dear sweet @JoelMcHale has a prime seat for The #Emmys tomorrow night..." Jimmy wrote. The actor tweeted, "This looks like a scene from the movie Open Water."

Jimmy also took a picture in front of five-time nominee Amy Schumer, tweeting, "there's a foul-mouthed little angel on my shoulder." The Inside Amy Schumer star replied, "Hey I'm medium!"

Earlier this week, Jimmy told E! News' Erin Lim he doesn't feel too nervous about hosting the Emmys for the second time. As for his opening monologue? "I'm going to walk out onstage. I probably will have some jokes prepared—hopefully people will laugh at them—and then I go right backstage," he said. As for his pre-show prep, Jimmy explained, "I have a 2-year-old daughter, so that's going to complicate things." To further involve Jane in his process, Jimmy joked, "We're thinking of maybe spray-painting her gold and handing her out to a celebrity."
