One of Miranda Lambert's special properties in Oklahoma has a new owner.

E! News can confirm the "Over You" singer's Pink Pistol boutique is closed after more than three years in business. In a surprise twist, however, Blake Shelton has decided to purchase the property.

"As a resident of Tishomingo, I am very sorry that the Pink Pistol has decided to move its operations out of the area," Blake said in a statement to E! News. "We all as a community appreciate everything it has done for our town. As for the actual properties left behind…I was offered the opportunity to buy them and I have a plan brewing."

He later replied to one fan on Twitter confirming that "PP left town. I bought the building it used to be in though!!! And yes something is brewing..."

According to local news outlets, Miranda made the decision to close the Tishomingo boutique in order to expand The Pink Pistol location in her hometown of Lindale, Texas. The newly expanded boutique will reopen in August.

"It feels full circle to have everything under one ‘roof' basically where it all began in my hometown of Lindale," Miranda explained in a press release. "I want to send a heartfelt thank you to all the employees who worked hard to help me bring the store in Tishomingo to life, as well as the patrons who came to experience the Pink Pistol and supported the store."

She added, "Sometimes you need to close a chapter to build on a new beginning or go back home."

Putting business deals aside, both Blake and Miranda have full plates ahead of them this summer.

Both country superstars have plans to hit the road for a variety of concerts across the country. And Miranda continues to expand her businesses with her new pet line slated for a summer release.
