The Modern Family star, another year of the hit show behind her after last night's seventh-season finale, is the latest celeb to take the E!Q in 42.
E! News' Erin Lim caught up with the UCLA-bound actress behind the scenes of her "Bad Bitches" photo shoot for the pages of Cosmopolitan, for which she donned the looks of famous movie mean girls and dispensed her own hard-won wisdom about the evils of bullying and the joy she takes in being one of the nice girls.
"Treat people the way you wanna be treated," she told Erin on the set. "I don't get why people aim to hurt others. Everyone has a story. Promote kindness."
And the astute teen also ended up getting adorably specific about the details of her daily routine as she blazed through as many questions as Erin could throw at her in 42 seconds.
While we resolutely stuck to the time limit, we can't resist sharing some of outtakes: The 18-year-old picked vanilla over chocolate and heels over flats, she likes to spend time hiking with her dog when she doesn't have to go to work, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are her favorite candy and, no shame about it, Marriage Boot Camp wins when it comes to guilty-pleasure TV.
Once again, we'd hang out with her any day.
