Will the doctors be able to operate?

On tonight's Botched season three premiere, patient Melissa visits doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif to see if they can help fix the "high nipples" she was left with after having a breast reduction.

"I have been praying for years to have this moment and I just hope he says, 'Let's do this!'" Melissa says in the video above.

The doctors then examine Melissa to see what will have to be done and Dr. Dubrow reveals the surgery will be "difficult."

"Fixing high nipples is extremely difficult because in order to pull them down it requires laxity or looseness of skin above the nipples," Dr. Dubrow explains. "And there's very tight skin above Melissa's nipples."

Take a look at the video above to see what else Dr. Dubrow said about doing the surgery and then watch the season premiere tonight to find out if they're able to operate!
