Kourtney Kardashian hasn't been shy about showing off her body on social media lately, and she's definitely been putting in the work to do so—both inside and outside of the gym.

In fact, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star sat down with E! News' Maria Menounos and dished on the ''intense'' regimen she's been following over the last few months to tone up and get bikini-body ready.

First and foremost, she's hitting the gym more than ever before.

"I think I take time for myself now to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she explained. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically, just to really take that time."

And she's not alone. Getting encouragement from her sister, Khloe Kardashian, has helped her stay motivated daily. "I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out," Kourtney explained. "Khloe and I really push each other to do that."

The reality star says she's been working out with a personal trainer daily who always switches up her routine so she never knows what she'll be doing.

"We do jump roping, but then in-between he'll have us do weights and squats and push-ups and sit-ups. A lot of things using our body weight," she said. "I couldn't even do one regular push up when we started with him. And now I can do so many. He has me doing full-body pull-ups."

But working out aside, the mother-of-three told us she's also very careful with what she eats, too.

"I think what you put into your body with food and how much water you drink…I think it's just as important what you put inside as what you put on your skin," she said. "So right this second, we're doing gluten-free, dairy-free and so are my kids. We're doing six weeks."

And there's no cheating! Even while celebrating Rob Kardashian's birthday in March, Kourtney and her kids stuck to their plan.

"[Rob] had this huge cake, and I brought them this gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate chip cookies. But I warned them in advance, and they were fine," she recalled. "Kim was like, 'North would never do that.'"
