So long, Michael Weatherly. Hello...First Lady Michelle Obama?!

NCIS is set to welcome a very special guest star before season's end: FLOTUS! CBS announced on Thursday that Mrs. Obama will appear in the hit series' May 3 episode, which will air in conjunction with "Joining Forces," a nationwide initiative supporting service members, veterans and their families.

"Filming inside the White House was a dream come true for the NCIS cast and crew," NCIS boss producer Gary Glasberg said in a statement. "It was such a pleasure working with First Lady Michelle Obama and it's our honor to support the ‘Joining Forces' initiative and the military families that benefit from it."

In the episode, titled "Homefront," FLOTUS will welcome special agent Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and the wife of a Marine to the White House for a "Joining Forces" roundtable with military spouses. The extras in the episode were actual military spouses.

"Joining Forces" was launched by Mrs. Obama and Dr. Jill Biden in 2011, and is an initiative that calls on all Americans to  rally around service members, veterans and their families to support them through wellness, education and employment opportunities.

NCIS isn't the First Lady's first appearance on a major TV show as she has popped up on Project Runway: Junior, Nashville and Disney Channel's Jessie.

NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
