Ten years later and this Hollywood couple still has the spark of love.
While some famous duos haven't been so fortunate to have long lasting relationships, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are approaching a milestone in their marriage that they are looking forward to celebrating much longer than one single day.
"We actually said we're going to celebrate all year," Nicole gushed to E! News this weekend at the Tribeca Film Festival ahead of her anniversary. Keith added, "We just feel incredibly lucky."
Part of that happiness comes from their two children Faith and Sunday Rose they welcomed together. While both parents agree that they won't be pushed into acting, the kids have quite the distinctive personalities that make family time that much more special.
"They are strong willed, which we encourage. We really encourage discussion and if they don't like something, they're allowed to express that and we have family meetings," Nicole explained while supporting her new film The Family Fang hitting select theaters April 29. "We're that kind of family."
Keith added, "They are pretty expressive both of them."
Ultimately, both parties can't wait to see what's next in their family and relationship. And for those hoping to replicate such a strong bond, these two have a few tips.
"I do think that where you live is your sanctuary to be able to have a place that is peaceful, nourishing and Nashville is that for us," Nicole shared. "It's been wonderful."
Keith added, "I think finding the right person makes it easier."
