Let's just get this out of the way first. Why can't every employer be as generous and compassionate at these gems? We'd love a day off to catch up on Daredevil and Fuller House, but we sincerely doubt that's going to happen at any point in our lifetime. According to Mashable, a creative tech firm by the name of +rehabstudios, gave its employees the chance to take a half-day off to get up to speed with Game of Thrones. Props to knowing how to create a joyful work environment.

The company Facebook page says, "We've given our whole team the morning off after every #GameOfThrones simulaunch.... because, well, it's only fair really. Making it better." Can we get like eight amens? Tim Rodgers, founding partner of the coolest company ever told Mashable that they wanted to add a bonus perk to their handbook. "This year it's GoT, next year it could be something completely different, and the team are welcome to give us suggestions." Re-runs of The O.C.?! Anyone? Another interesting fact Rodgers said, "Our company started in Belfast where the show is filmed, so there's always been a link there — we had a GoT themed Xmas party last year and both the U.S. and UK teams love the show." Aww.
