Our resumes are ready—when can we interview?
It seems that when it comes to Zac Efron's drool-inducing abs, they call in the professionals to keep them looking their best—not that it would require much work to make those muscles look any better.
While on the set of the upcoming silver screen reboot of Baywatch in Miami Beach, the 28-year-old blue-eyed hunk had to get camera ready, which required some meticulous primping from some very skilled makeup artists.
Tasked with making the Neighbors actor look unbearably sexy—and tan enough to be a believable lifeguard—one lady went to work on his washboard abs with bottles of bronzer to make the star look like an Adonis.
While we're impressed with the makeup artist's razor-sharp focus and no-nonsense attitude, we're not so sure we would have been able to exhibit the same level of composure.
Despite his golden skin, no beach look is complete without some textured honey blond-highlighted hair. The makeup artist spritzed what we could only imagine was salt water spray into his messy locks to make the hunk look like he had spent hours in the sun and surf. All that's missing is the 1990s hair staple, Sun-In.
The grooming certainly looked like it paid off. Whether Efron was hanging from a rope or flipping tires with his new castmate, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, those muscles looked flawless.
Efron is slated to play Matt Brody, the role originated by David Charvet in the iconic television series. The cast will also feature Priyanka Chopra, Kelly Rohrbach, Alexandra Daddario and Johnson, who is also a producer on the project.
With so many A-list names, it seems the crew could use just a few more makeup artists at the ready. Not to fret—our bags are packed, our flights are booked and we're armed with an endless supply of spray tan bottles ready for Mr. Efron.
