Dave Hogan/Getty ImagesFans of Jim Carrey’s 1997 film Liar Liar—as well as those lining up for the zany comedian’s newly released effort, Yes Man—have another treat in store: the star’s rumored next project, Yes Liar. “It’s about a man who says yes to everything but is actually lying about it,” stated a studio insider to Soup Blog sources.
“Then, after his girlfriend breaks up with him when he agrees to marry her for the 10th time and isn’t telling the truth, she hits him on the head with a frying pan and he has to start saying no and being honest about everything. It’s a whole new concept for Jim, and another great chance for him to do those funny faces that the audiences love so much.”
The source went on to say that Carrey is already considering a sequel, a film about a rich movie star who says yes to any high-concept film that comes his way, called Paycheck Paycheck.
