At this point, Sam Smith is already seasoned veteran.

During an interview with Ryan Seacrest at the 2016 Grammy Awards, the four-time winner admitted he was much less nervous this time around compared to his debut last year when he made quite the impression.

"It feels very, very strange," he reminisced. "I was standing here really, really scared, but now it feels good. This is a déjà vu moment. I feel good. I feel calmer than I did last year."

The In the Lonely Hour artist will soon reach another major milestone when he attends the Oscars in a few weeks to celebrate his first nomination for Best Original Song, and he is definitely anxious about that.

"I can't believe it," he told Ryan. "I'm so excited, but also scared."

Luckily, Ryan asked if he could bring him a special treat to make the whole experience a little less nerve-wracking.

"An English cup of tea with some British milk," Sam replied. "That's all I want."
