Tori Kelly, who is nominated for Best New Artist at the 2016 Grammy Awards, doesn't just have a nomination to be excited about... she is performing at tonight's award show, too.

Opening up to E!'s Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet, the 23-year-old singer chatted about her whirlwind year.

"This whole last year has just been insane for me like so many dreams coming true, and I think just being here today feels like a celebration of all that and it's a big deal," said Kelly.

The "Unbreakable Smile" singer admits she's an "excited nervous" going into the 58th Grammy Awards.

Kelly will be performing tonight with James Bay, who is also nominated for Best New Artist.

"Both of us are really comfortable with just our guitars so we kind of got together and I've been a huge fan of his, so it was like easy for me to hit him up," said Kelly.

Their performance will be a stripped down mash-up of their songs, revealed Kelly.

"It feels like us. It feels very organic and true to who we are."
