Jason Segel has been known to be notoriously private when it comes to his romantic life. But in a pleasant surprise Saturday night, the actor decided to step out with a very important lady by his side.
The How I Met Your Mother alum walked the red carpet with Alexis Mixter who is reportedly his girlfriend of more than a year.
Jason looked handsome in a dark blue suit and plaid tie while his leading lady wore a black leather jacket over her little black dress. While posing for photos, Alexis even planted her hand on the actor's chest. It may not qualify as PDA, but they certainly looked happy together.
The couple joined Pamela Anderson, Mark Ruffalo, Leonardo DiCaprio, Suki Waterhouse, Rachel Zoe and other Hollywood stars for Sean Penn's annual Golden Globes eve Help Haiti Home gala benefiting J/P Haitian Relief.
In fact, there was another famous pair that grabbed our attention during the philanthropic night.
Sean and his ex-wife Madonna were able to reunite at the program where they sat next to each other at a table in the center of the ballroom. The music superstar later surprised the crowd by performing "La Vie en Rose" while giving a shoutout to the host.
"I want to say Sean that I love you from the moment that I laid eyes on you and I still love you just the same," she told the crowd.
