Yolanda Foster has proven that there is a sense of strength in being vulnerable.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is sharing her "not so glamorous" journey in fighting Lyme disease with her fans and followers, showing them every side of her day-to-day battle. In fact, she took to Instagram on Tuesday night to share a selfie from bed while hooked up to an IV.

"I am not afraid for you to see me for who I really am and what my days are really like......I have learned to love every part of me without apology!" She wrote alongside the photo, adding, "Happy selfie-sad selfie, good days - bad days, with make up-no make up, boobs- no boobs."

Yolanda's goal through her fight against the disease has always been to help raise awareness in order to find a cure.

She continued, "I can only hope that by sharing this not so glamorous journey, the millions of doubted & neglected Lyme sufferers will gain medical recognition of their illness and the appropriate treatment affordable for all. This is not a pity party, just reality with good intend #InvisableDisease."

Meanwhile, amid her continued health struggle, the reality star is also in the middle of a divorce from her husband of four years, David Foster.

On Tuesday, Yolanda shared a photo while moving out of the condo she shared with her ex, sitting on top of a tower of plastic bins filled with clothes she was planning to get rid of. "If you have not worn it in the past year, it's probably time to PASS IT ON," she captioned the pic.

Although she and David have been very adamant about having an amicable split—they're continuously defending each other to the media—a source previously told E! News that David thought it would be a good idea for Yolanda to find a place of her own.

"David thought it best that she move out," the source said. "It was his condo they had been living in."

The former couple announced their divorce on Dec. 1. An insider close to the couple told us the split was due to their busy schedules as well as the difficulties surrounding Yolanda's illness.
