E! News confirms that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have left the Los Angeles hospital after welcoming their second child, a baby boy, on Saturday. "They are home now. She is recovering and doing well," a source tells us.
Kim posted a bare baby bump selfie Friday night with the caption, "Ready when you are," and it seemed like her son was listening, because it wasn't 24 hours before he decided to come out and introduce himself to the world.
Not all members of the Kardashian family were by Kim's side as she went into labor, but E! News learned at the time that mother Kris Jenner and older sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian were at the hospital. Kourtney's ex and father of their three children, Scott Disick, was seen dropping her off at the medical center, where he remained for about 20 minutes.
While at the hospital, the family also took the time to visit Lamar Odom, who was first hospitalized in October.
Kendall Jenner was not present as she was in London during the birth, and Kylie Jenner was in Miami for Art Basel. Meanwhile, Kanye was just in New York City to accept an award for his footwear designs this week, but managed to make it back just in time to meet his first son.
The famous parents didn't release the baby's name until earlier today, not because it was a huge secret, but because they really didn't know what to name the little guy!
"I don't have names, which is so crazy," North West's mom told E! News exclusively in November. "We just started talking about it and that was the last thing for us last time. So I feel confident obviously that we'll figure it out." In fact, the 35-year-old and her hubby hadn't decided on the perfect name Sunday evening.
But come Monday morning, Kimye revealed that they'd chosen Saint, and also shared that he weighed in at 8 lbs., 1 oz.
