E! News got exclusive photos of the 49-year-old actress smiling from ear to ear while out and about over the spooky holiday weekend.
She opted for a sexy pirate costume, wearing a maroon and white dress that showed off just enough cleavage, which she accessorized with a brown hat, knee-high boots and fishnet stockings. We also must note that her lob looked perfect under her hat with some loose curls and visible highlights.
This is just the second time we've seen Berry out since she announced her divorce on Oct. 27.
Both Berry and Martinez gave E! News a joint statement, saying, "It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce. We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son. We wish each other nothing but happiness in life and we hope that you respect our and, most importantly, our children's privacy as we go through this difficult period."
According to court documents obtained by E! News, the Oscar winner cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split and the soon-to-be ex-spouses have a prenup. She originally filed under the name Hal Maria, but refiled two days later under Halle Berry.
The couple wed in July 2013 and share their 2-year-old son, Maceo, together.
