The 42-year-old supermodel gave fans a sneak peek of her costume for her annual party at Lavo in New York City, and apparently, she's bound to be bootylicious.
Flashing her gorgeous smile and her supermodel figure, the mother of three stands tall as two men attach a prosthetic butt and giant boobs to her bod while Klum holds her fake breasts in place.
In another pic, a prosthetic mask is being molded to her face, and she also teased the gold gown she'll be wearing.
Who could she be?!
"This is my 16th year hosting Halloween and I've had 17 costumes, like Lady Godiva, the "Visible Woman" to a 95 year-old version of myself," the former Victoria's Secret stunner, who went as a butterfly last year, told People. "I like to switch it up every year and surprise people."
When Klum decides on a costume, the blond beauty commits, hiring a team of experts to make sure her ensemble is perfect.
"I am working with Mike Marino from Prosthetic Renaissance and his team to make this year's costume," she reveals. "They cast my entire body—eyes open!—to make the special pieces to make my costume come alive."
Klum added that Project Runway winner Christian Siriano will be designing her gold dress.
"He's designed amazing red carpet looks for me over the years, even for the Emmys. When I came up with this year's costume, I knew Christian would help make it extra fierce."
