Tonight's episode of Botched was jam-packed with all kinds of crazy confessions!
From Dr. Terry Dubrow spilling medical school sex secrets to Lanique naming her botched breast, this episode made our mouths literally drop to the ground.

1. Lanique reveals that she buries her "head in the sand like an ostrich" with her "ass in the air" to hide from her botched boob job.
"My breast is like a Ruffles potato chip," Lanique explains. "It all started when I was 37, I was looking in the mirror and I noticed my eyelids, they looked a little lax or maybe like there was some aging."
Lanique ended up making an appointment and the surgeon told her they could also give her a breast job.
She ended up agreeing to the surgery, but something had gone wrong.
"They felt very heavy," she explains. She lived with them for many years and then went to see another doctor to fix the surgery, but it ended up messing up her breast again.
"I'm not happy with it," Lanique says. "You just bury your head in the sand like an ostrich with your ass shooting up in the air and pretend it doesn't exist, and that's exactly what I did."
2. Terry and Dr. Paul Nassif reveal how much sex they had during medical school.
Early on in the episode, Terry and Paul take a trip down memory lane and talk about their medical school dating days. During their conversation, Terry admits to dating nurses in med school.
Paul then asks him, "How many times did you have sex in the call room?"

3. Lanique calls her botched boob "Frankenstein breast."
Lanique meets with Terry and Paul to discuss her botched surgeries. She tells them about her past surgeries and what they did to her left breast.

4. Candace says her nose looks like "a mountain with lots of bumps and ridges."
"Hi, my name's Candace and my nose looks like a mountain with lots of bumps and ridges," Candace says.
Candace explains that she was a very happy kid, but once she started school she started to receive comments about her nose and she was only six!
"Being six years old and making this realization in a way felt like my childhood was taken away from me," Candace confesses. "I wasn't that happy little girl anymore and I started to be afraid to meet new people, stand in front of class. I don't ever remember being told I was beautiful by my mom."
5. Elle has the hots for Paul!
Elle meets with Paul and Terry to talk about her botched boob job. During the meeting Terry asks Elle if she thinks Paul is "a little stiff."
"I actually like him," Elle says. "I have a crush on him. I've always liked him."
She goes on to say, "I want boobs and a husband and you're single."
But Paul decides not to respond. "When someone flirts with you, the goal always is one ignore it or two deflect it," Paul says. Sorry Elle!
6. Terry finds a piece of plastic in Lanique's boob.
During Lanique's surgery, Terry opens up her left boob, the one that has been damaged in past surgeries. After he opens it up, he finds a piece of plastic!
"Wait a minute," he says. "What the hell is this? What the hell is that? Look at this thing. What the hell? What the hell is that? It's like a piece of plastic, that belongs in the nose."
He goes on to say that it's something you would find in a nose and that it's like a "silicone splint."
"There is no reason to sew in a silicon piece of free floating silicon in someone's breast," Terry says.
They then find another piece in her boob!
"I don't know what to make of this free sheet of silicon in there," Terry says. "It's almost like I found a little alien on the planet."
7. Candace reveals she had nose surgery at 12!
Candace meets with Terry and Paul and tells them about her botched surgery. She explains that she just got married, but she didn't have a photographer there to take pictures.
"I just didn't want to remember that day with the nose that I have," she tells the doctors.
She then goes on to explain her story about her childhood and explains that she had surgery when she was 12!
"You had your nose done at 12?!" Terry asks.
"Yeah," Candace says. Wow!
"A nose job at the age of 12 is just too early," Terry explains. "The nose hasn't grown enough, it's very unclear where it's going and it is not predictable."
After all three surgeries, all of the women are completely happy with their new looks! Candace and her husband even recreate their wedding, with a photographer present to take pictures!
