There's no doubt about it—Kourtney Kardashian is one hot mama and she's not afraid to show it! 

It's hard to believe Kardashian is a mother to three children after sporting a trim and toned physique in her latest Instagram selfie. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star posed pointed toe in the photograph in a black bralette and matching leggings, putting the hard-earned fruits of her physical labor on full display—including a stomach as flat as a board. 

It's no surprise that the Kardashian sister is looking so phenomenal—she documents many of her fitness ventures on her social media, posting candid photos of her mountainside for a hike or resistance band routine. 

Less than a year after giving birth to her third child, Reign Aston Disick, and three months after her split from long-time partner, Scott Disick, Kardashian looks better than ever. What does the 36-year-old credit as her motivation for the physical upkeep? A clear mind. 

"Working out is one of the only things that helps when I'm feeling anxious," she captioned the image on her Instagram account. 

The Kardashian-Jenner clan has certainly endured an anxiety-ridden week after their in-law, Lamar Odom, was rushed to the hospital after being found unconscious from an overdose following a weekend of partying at a Nevada brothel. He has since woken from a coma and is "slowly making progress."

Just a day after the news broke of Odom's hospitalization, Disick entered himself into rehab after years of struggling with drug and alcohol abuse. 

Kardashian and Disick broke up in July after nine years and three children together including son Mason, 5, daughter Penelope, 3, and son Reign, 10 months. Their breakup devastated Disick, speaking publicly of the split in a new promo for Season 11 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. 

"It's been a really hard time going from like having all of you guys, to having nobody," Disick said through tears. 

While it's undoubtedly been a difficult time for Kardashian as well, by the looks of her incredible figure, her mind is hopefully more at ease.
