Hilary Rhoda is rocking that newlywed glow!

She and Sean Avery tied the knot last weekend in a gorgeous wedding at Water Mill in the Hamptons, and now she's talking to E! News exclusively at Dressbarn's celebration party for its Fall 2015 ad campaign, of which she's the face, about her "magical" experience in her first post-wedding interview! The 28-year-old model stunned in a very unique, custom Carolina Herrera gown, which she tells us was "perfect."

"I tried on a lot of different dresses, and the bridal things didn't feel like me," she explains. "Doing what I do for a living, I get to try on so many amazing dresses, so I wanted something that was special and memorable."

The result was a beautiful white gown with a plunging neckline, sparkling green underlay (which looked blue and silver at times due to the lighting), low-cut back and black, round studded collar. She wore her hair in a low bun and paired the look with a cathedral-length veil.

"It was just perfect," she adds. "I felt like myself and it was comfortable."

And that was just the start of what would turn out to be one of the most exciting weekends in her life! The former NHL player and his now-wife decided to swap their vows in the Hamptons because they have a house there, which made it feel more intimate and personal.

"We've been spending so much time out here, every summer and a lot [of the rest of the year] too," she told Hamptons magazine in June. "We were thinking of doing it at some destination, but it really is just so much more personal and also a little bit easier than some exotic island somewhere."

Now that it's all said and done, Hilary tells us, "It was such a magical weekend...It was great."

As a new bride, you'd think she would sleep in the next day, but sleep she did not! Instead, Hilary "dragged" some of her bridesmaids and groomsmen with her to a place that certainly isn't relaxing as sleeping in would be LOL.
