Exclusive! Things take a turn when Dane thinks his crew is talking down to him

Forget "man overboard," in this exclusive sneak peak of tonight's episode of Below Deck, it's "man over-served."
 
Since joining the crew of The Eros just a few short weeks back, new deckhand Dane has made no secret of his fondness for alcohol. And, hey, given the demands of the job and the antics of his wacky colleagues (we're looking at you, Rocky), who can blame him for wanting to indulge during off-hours? But rather than limiting it to a few cocktails, Dane took things too far last week when he stayed up and disruptively boozed alone while everyone else tried to sleep.

Things take a more serious turn this week, when Dane — who appears to have had one too many again — picks a fight with his supervisor Eddie. As the rest of the crew looks on in horror, Dane and Eddie come close to physical blows over a bottle of vodka.
 
Will a fight ensure? And will Dane's wild ways earn him that oft-threatened ticket home by Captain Lee? Will he be replaced? And just how many more crew members can one ship lose in a season? You'll have to tune in tonight to see!
