When you're at the top of your game, it's easy to see why people would continue to focus on that instead of anything else.

Rihanna is at her peak right now, crushing the fashion world and celebrating hits such as "Bitch Better Have My Money," so dating anyone seriously is the farthest thing from her mind. Covering T Magazine's "The Greats" issue, Rihanna explains why she's all about herself these days.

"Guys need attention," she says. "They need that nourishment, that little stroke of the ego that gets them by every now and then. I'll give it to my family, I'll give it to my work—but I will not give it to a man right now."

In fact, she's still working on finding a guy who isn't intimidated by her "power."

As for when the time comes, the "Diamonds" singer explains that she has a few ideas when it comes to thinking about her perfect guy.

"I'm turned on by guys who are cultured. That'll keep me intrigued. They don't have to have a single degree, but they should speak other languages or know things about other parts of the world or history or certain artists or musicians," she says.

"I like to be taught."

Karl Lagerfeld, another T Magazine cover star, also speaks to the publication about women finding their own successes. As someone with a strong, independent mom, the Chanel designer knows a thing or two about what it takes to be a motivated woman in this world.

"I was taught it as a child, not to overestimate the importance of men," he explains. "My mother was interested in the history of feminism."

Although his mother is probably up there in terms of importance, Lagerfeld tells T that Julianne Moore is his ideal of a perfect woman. "I just think she's great. Her whole life; the way she is in life. And Jessica Chastain—she's great, too.

"Of the younger generation, I love Kristen Stewart," he adds. "She is gifted. She looks tough but in fact she's the nicest person in the world."

Despite the fact that she enjoys nice qualities in his friends, it's his enemies that he's more concerned about because that's where the interest lies. "When things are too positive and too sweet, it is very bad," he says.

"Too peaceful is very dangerous. You fall asleep. You need to take care of your enemies. Your friends you don't need to worry about."
