Watch: Joe Giudice Dishes on In-Laws Joe and Melissa Gorga

Fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey got an up-close and personal view of the family drama between Teresa Giudice and her brother Joe Gorga and his wife Melissa Gorga. And while we may have thought things were peachy-keen now, it seems like there might still be some tension.

Sitting down for an exclusive interview with E! News, Joe Giudice explains that his in-laws haven't exactly "pitched in" since the reality star was put behind bars.

"They come around once in a while. I wouldn't say that they ‘pitched in,' no. They come around whenever—birthday parties, stuff like that, graduations. We get together here and there," he tells us.

The good news, however, is it appears that Teresa's troubled relationship with her brother is getting better.

"She's fine with her brother, I guess she's fine with Melissa. Joe went and visited her a couple times," Teresa's husband revealed, and added that Melissa has not gone to see her sister-in-law. Why, you ask? Well, he can't really say.

"I was there the one visit [with Joe] and then he went again another time with his mother and I think my daughters and it went fine," he tells us. "[Teresa's] fine just seeing her brother. I wouldn't say that they're not great or great, she'd just rather see her brother. I don't know the reason."

To hear more of Joe Giudice exclusively opening up about their relationship with the Gorgas, tune in to E! News tonight at 11 p.m. Also, watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In, on Sunday at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
