Attention: There is a lot of TV on these days, that's a known fact. However, another known fact is this: HBO's Getting On deserves your attention. The lovably dark comedy starring Laurie Metcalf, Alex Borstein, Niecy Nash and Mel Rodriguez is returning for a third and final (sob!) season of six episodes and E! News has your exclusive first look at the show you MUST be watching.

Getting On hails from the co-creators of Big Love, Mark V. Olsen and Will Scheffer, and follows the lives of the doctors and nurses in the Billy Barnes Extended Care Facility. They're caring for the elderly, even if the healthcare system fails them and the bureaucracy kills them.

Don't you want to see the show that finally got Scream Queens star Niecy Nash the Emmy nomination she so deserves?

Highlights from the trailer above (and how about this key art?!) that made this writer laugh out loud include, but are not limited to:

The very opening with Metcalf going "Huh?" and making the "you agree with me, right?" face.

"I understand you're having a tsunami. We need to talk urgently. Call me when you get to higher ground."

"I'm in Pakistan. Shoot me in the head. I'm in India, rape me."

The personalized physician remote unit.

"I'm not your f—king mother."

"It's stuck. Could be a blanket stuck in the wheels."

Last season ended with Metcalf's Dr. Jenna James answering for her corruption and the hospice program fraud she created, Borstein's Dawn getting hitched—but not to Rodriguez's Patsy—and Nash's Didi trying to keep everything grounded. Guest stars this season include Oscar nominee June Squibb, Rhea Perlman and Kristen Johnston. Getting On is one of the best and smartest shows on TV, get into it while you can.

Haven't seen the first two seasons? No problem, they're only 6 episodes each. Plan your binge accordingly; season three kicks off on Sunday, Nov. 8 on HBO at 10 p.m.
