Has Drake and Serena Williams' rumored relationship reached the next level?

The 28-year-old Canadian rapper and the 34-year-old tennis champ had sparked dating rumors in the early summer. While Drake and Williams have never officially addressed reports of a romance, this week, OK! magazine reported they are engaged.

A source close to the couple told E! News Drake and Williams are not even dating—and never did.

"They are friends and nothing more," the source said.

However, the report spurred quite a frenzy among fans on Twitter.
