If this is what 49 looks like, consider us #blessed.

Cindy Crawford took a break from promoting her new memoir, Becoming, to hang out with husband Rande Gerber on the beach in Miami. Wearing a halter-style bikini, the former supermodel put her enviable body on display, proving that she still has the same incredible shape from her nineties heyday.

With her toned tummy and legs on display, Crawford strutted her stuff along the sandy coastline with Gerber, who also gave us a peek and his taut abs.

But even Gerber couldn't believe how amazing she looked! Gerber Instagrammed an up-close-and-personal shot of his wife and captioned it, "Who needs hair and make-up when you look like this after jumping in the ocean. The #becomingcindy tour continues in Miami @casamigos."

The beach plays an important role in the couple's lives, as they tied the knot on the sandy shore in 1998. "Rather than have my dad walk me down the aisle and 'give me away,' Rande and I chose to walk each other down the stairs that led to the beach and the ceremony," she writes in her book.

When she isn't looking flawless on the beach, Crawford is opening up about Becoming, which also includes memories of self-doubt, insecurities and more. She even reveals that she wanted to have her now-signature mole removed because she was bullied about it growing up.

"Hey, little Crawford, you have chocolate on your face!" they would scream.

The brunette bombshell, who has appeared on more than 400 magazine covers, asked her mom to take her to get it removed, but she didn't want to risk it. "You know what your mole looks like," Crawford's mom told her. "You don't know what a scar will look like."

But as soon as her beauty mark was put on display on her first magazine cover, the bullying stopped and it became her trademark.
