This love story makes The Notebook look like You Don't Mess With the Zohan.

Adrian and Brooke Franklin from South Gastonia, N.C. married this past September at a very special church. The aisle that led Brooke to her husband was the very same aisle the two walked down together 17 years prior.

Brooke and Adrian were both in a friend's wedding when they were kids as the flower girl and ring bearer. We wish we could tell you it was love at first sight, but you know how young boys are when it comes to liking girls. COOTIES!

"I had a crush on him from the start," Brooke told ABC News. "He absolutely could not stand me. He said 'I got on his nerves.' I'd tried to play with him at school and at church and he just didn't want much to do with me at all."

"I was always trying to get away from her and run from her and hide from her," Adrian said to WBTV.

Thankfully, Adrian hit puberty and realized that girls don't have cooties at all and asked Brooke to be his girlfriend when they were teenagers. Then at age 21 and 22, Brooke and Adrian tied the knot in the very same church they first met 17 years earlier.

They even had some of the same guests from that wedding at their own nuptials, even the original bride.

"We forgot that we were in the wedding together and she brought the photos to us," Brooke said. "She just thought that was the neatest thing. She was really excited."

Now if someone could just fix up the flower girl and ring bearer from Adrian and Brooke's wedding, we'd have a love story that would put Disney's Up to shame.

Just kidding, nothing beats the first 10 minutes of Up. NOTHING.
