Gayle King is getting super candid about her weight.

In fact, you couldn't get more candid—the 5'10" 60-year-old CBS This Morning co-anchor posted on her Instagram page on Saturday a photo of her feet standing on a scale, which reads 184.5 pounds.

"Oh Nooooo just weighed in," she wrote. "Thought I was 5 lbs less and felt bad about THAT."

"Was planning to start @weightwatchers Monday after a last supper weekend," she added. "Now starting TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

At her height and current weight, King likely has a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 26.5, which is considered overweight.

However, days later, she wrote on her Instagram, "Fatter than I have ever been! Help has just arrived in the form of @Beyoncé 22 day vegan diet...lunar pasta, brown rice pilaf, rosemary white beans! Very new for me so we shall see...Thinking its Beyoncé approved so off we go."

King occasionally posts food pics on her Instagram page, which suggests her diet may not have been the healthiest since then.

King posted her scale photo days after attending the 2015 U.S. Open with BFF Oprah Winfrey, 61, who had also talked about her struggles with her weight throughout the years.

In the August 2004 issue of O, the Oprah magazine, it was revealed King weighed 150.5 pounds, which is considered a normal weight for a woman of her height. The article said she worked out five to six days a week and that in 2012, King lost 20 pounds in three months with a personal trainer.

As for her diet at the time, she, "I deny myself nothing."

"Some people don't eat pasta or bread or sweets ever," she told O. "I love those foods too much. So for the most part, I eat healthy, but if I go to a party or on vacation, I'm going to enjoy it; then I work extra hard to get back to where I was."

"I've learned that when you gain weight quickly...you can lose it quickly," she told the magazine.
