Mila Kunis is getting red-hot for rubies.
The actress is the latest brand ambassador of Gemfields, partnering with the company to promote their new responsibly sourced Mozambican rubies. In a film shot by photographer Jeff Burton, Mila sports a variety of ruby-encrusted jewelry (and, as you can imagine, these baubles pretty drool-worthy). The short shows Mila (sans top) with slick, damp-looking hair that she pushes back from her face. The film is almost dreamlike, with light reflecting off her stunning statement jewels.
And while there are no words in the film, Mila's body language, well, says it all.
Sourced from the Cabo Delgado province in Mozambique, the featured jewelry includes slim statement cuffs and rings as well as stud and drop earrings. Five global designers contributed sparklers to the campaign, including Fabergé, Georg Jensen, Spinelli Kilcollin, Miiori and Gyan, Jaipur.
"Working on this film with Gemfields and Jeff Burton was an amazing experience. I was given the opportunity to try and capture the allure and passion that rubies evoke in an unexpected way. I believe it will help to inspire a whole new generation to fall in love with this rarest of gemstones," Mila said in a statement.
One thing's for sure: Rare gemstones and an even rarer beauty make for a seriously sexy ad.
