Kim Kardashian Thought Her Career Was ''Totally Over'' After Kris Humphries Divorce

E! star admits she was ''being very paranoid'' after marriage drama

Kim Kardashian is opening up about her divorce to ex-husband Kris Humphries.

In a new interview with The Drum, the 34-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star says she thought her family's public image was irreparably damaged after the quick 72-day marriage.

"At the time when I was going through the divorce I did say to everyone, ‘You guys I think our careers are over. I hope you've saved your money. And now we'll just continue to do our clothing stores and continue to do what we started off doing before the show,'" the pregnant E! star admitted. "I totally thought it was over."

"I was being very paranoid," Kim added. "I just took some time off and the time was really good for me. I cancelled everything. I had a book tour, I had a fragrance launch, I had everything that you could possibly imagine and I just cancelled it all and I took time for me."

As we all know Kim's career is far from over these days! She's since welcomed daughter North West, married Kanye West and is currently expecting her second child, a baby boy.

Meanwhile, Kim opened up this week about her pregnancy weight gain. "I've gained like 15 pounds already!" she shared. "It's gone everywhere."

"It's in my boobs right now," she added. "My boobs are huge!"

As for if she and Kanye want to try for a third baby? "I might try for another one, if God willing, that works out for me," she said. "Never say never!"
