The 23-year-old supermodel—daughter of rock legend Mick Jagger and former model Jerry Hall—is not only beautiful, but a true girl's girl too (her all-time favorite summer tradition is attending the Glastonbury Festival with her girlfriends). With major campaigns already under her belt (she's fronted ads for Rimmel London, Chanel, H&M and Versace, to name a few), the model has also been the global brand ambassador for Sunglass Hut for a couple of years now.
We had Georgia give us the scoop on her favorite pair of sunnies, summer style staples and why the name Phillip is very, very integral to her hair routine. Read on for that and more below!
What are your go-to sunglasses this season?
My favorite sunglasses would be Ray-Ban rounds. They can be casual when paired with jean shorts and a t-shirt or glam with a cocktail dress. I'm really into the mirrored lenses and the foldable options, which are great to travel with.
Your most recent shopping splurge was…?
I just spent some time in Cambodia and Vietnam and I bought some great things! I moved into my house earlier this year so I've been buying a lot of interior [decorating] things too.
What's your favorite jam this summer?
I don't have one song in particular that I listen to. I tend to like a lot of old music such as Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, Prince and James Brown.
On that note, will you be attending any summer concerts?
Each summer my friends and I go to the Glastonbury Festival. I'm really looking forward to that.
Who is your current street style idol?
My sister Lizzy has great street style—and my girlfriends.
How would you describe your own street style?
My summer look is cut-off shorts and a tank top, and I'll then add a pair of colorful sunglasses to make the outfit pop.
What's one fashion trend you hope is here to stay? And one you'd never ever try again?
Round sunglasses [are forever], I just can't get enough of ‘70s style in general. But I can definitely go without ‘80s fashions and all of the sparkles!
You give us serious hair envy—what products do you use daily? What's your hair routine like?
I try not to wash my hair that much especially in the summer time. I'm also a big fan of Philip B conditioner, which I leave in, or Philip Kingsley hair elasticiser, which you leave in to rebuild your hair and make it stronger. It's really great.
Who's one designer you'd love to work with?
I would like to work more with Karl Lagerfeld.
What's something in your closet you'd never let go?
My mum gave me a vintage leopard dress from Thierry Mugler that I absolutely love!
What's your biggest beauty regret?
Cutting my bangs back in the day.
Are you going on vacation this summer? If so, where to?
I'm going to take a month off in August and relax. I just renovated my new home and want to finish decorating and organizing everything—then I'll spend most of the month somewhere hot and sunny by the beach where I can swim and relax. My perfect summer day consists of sleeping in, having a leisurely morning and then meet up with friends and family at the beach. It's always about who I'm with rather than what I'm doing.
What are your beauty must-haves when you travel?
I like to keep it simple when I travel, especially with my beauty regime. For me it's about getting enough sleep, drinking water, always having a bright lipstick handy and a fun pair of sunglasses! Sunglasses can instantly make you look and feel good, plus they help prevent wrinkles and protect your eyes from the sun. (Editors' Note: A win-win if you ask us!)
