Jamie Oliver has hung up his apron in favor of a microphone for his latest food awareness campaign. The British chef has teamed up with Ed Sheeran, Hugh Jackman and more stars to create a rap song for #FoodRevolutionDay.

Oliver asked Sheeran to help him promote his latest petition, so Sheeran did what he does best...created a song! "Ed just came in to do a little bit of filming for me, to support Food Revolution Day," Oliver said in the video. "I start telling him a few things, writing a few things down, and then he only went and wrote an anthem."

Instead of lending his vocals to the tune as well, the "Thinking Out Loud" crooner let Oliver take the reigns of the first verse before nabbing other stars to finish out the video.

He must have been overwhelmed with emotion from the final outcome because when he posted the video on his Facebook page he wrote that he didn't know what to say.

"Here it is guys! I am honestly lost for words and so i'll let this video do all the talking. Wherever you are in the world Watch it. Sign It. Share It. Jamie xx  #‎foodrevolutionday," he captioned the video.

#FoodRevolutionDay was created to show support for compulsory practical food education. In addition to his cookbooks and cooking shows, Oliver has become well known for his advocacy in the fight against childhood obesity. As of now, his Change.org petition has received more than 1.2 million signatures. His ultimate goal is to create a movement so powerful that all G20 governments would take action.

The song also features Paul McCartney, Alesha Dixon and Jamie Cullum, in addition to many other celebs.

#FoodRevolutionDay takes place May 15.
