Robbie Williams and his wife, Ayda Field, are on the receiving end of a sexual harassment lawsuit from the 41-year-old singer's ex-assistant.

Gilles de Bonfilhs is suing the couples for "sexual harassment, failure to prevent sexual harassment, discrimination, breach of employment contract, fraud" and other causes of action, according to his lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Bonfilhs says he worked as Williams' personal assistant from October 2014 to January 2015 when he was "wrongfully terminated." He says that during his job he recevied unwanted and unwelcome sexual conduct and behavior from the couple, who also placed inappropriate job requirements of a sexual nature on him, according to the docs.

Bonfilhs also alleges that Field shared personal information about her sex life and disclosed information about the nature and frequency of her sexual activity and exposed her naked body. She also reportedly questioned Bonfilhs about his sex life, interests and asked him to answer intimate questions. He says he has suffered embarrassment, humiliation and mental and emotional distress. He is asking the court to award him damages in excess of $25,000.

Williams and Field deny the allegations and any wrongdoing.

"The claims being made by a disgruntled former employee, after he was sacked for serious misconduct, are entirely without substance," a rep for the Brit pop star tells E! News. "Any proceedings will be strenuously defended. There will be no further comment on the matter as it is in the hands of the lawyers."
