If there's one thing we know about Adam Levine, it's the fact that he has a special place in his heart for Blake Shelton.

In fact, the bromance goes both ways with the country singer consistently expressing his admiration for the Maroon 5 frontman.

So it should come as no surprise that The Voice coaches decided to work together again for another major project. This time, however, it's for an extra special cause.

In a new commercial just released, the twosome urges fans to keep their phones at a distance when driving. And if you think about texting behind the wheel, you better forget about it.

"We probably love each other, maybe 65 percent of the time," Adam explains in the video.

"But you know who loves you 24/7 unconditionally? Your mom," Blake shares. "And Mother's Day is Sunday. So join Nissan and The Voice and give your mom the best gift ever."

After spotting a shiny new Nissan Maxima, the guys hold up red thumbs with a message anyone can participate in.

"A promise to put your phone down while driving," Adam says. "Mark your thumb red, then post your video promise with the hashtag #redthumb."

Blake adds, "C'mon, people. Let's make this a thing." For these two music superstars, how could we say no?
