How cute are these two?!

Demi Lovato hosted the first annual Lovato Scholarship Benefit fundraiser on Wednesday night at West Hollywood hot spot Troubadour, where the 22-year-old singer, who also performed at the event, received an epic surprise as she stood on stage and answered questions from fans.

"My heart is broken that he [Wilmer Valderrama] couldn't be here tonight," she told the audience of her beau, whom she recently gave a shout-out to in a heartwarming Instagram post, in a video posted by Shine On-Media.

But before Lovato could finish her next thought, the 35-year-old actor suddenly comes up behind her and shocks the thrilled songstress.

"Stop," she says with a giant grin on her face, bursting into to tears at the sight of her man before giving him a giant smooch.

Admit it, you can't help but say aww

Demi launched the Lovato Treatment Scholarship in June 2013 following the death of her father, who reportedly struggled with psychological issues similar to those for which Demi sought treatment in 2010. The program, launched in conjunction with CAST Recovery, will cover treatment expenses—one person at a time—for those struggling with mental health or addiction issues.

Each dollar raised at the fundraiser helps support the Lovato Treatment Scholarship, and Wilmer is immeasurably proud of his girlfriend's mission to help others battle their personal demons.

"So I just got off a plane from Toronto. And there's like a million things to say—it's been a long time since we've seen a role model like her," the former That '70s Show star gushed. "It's been a long time to see somebody who has the courage to be exactly who she wants to be. And if you're going to take away anything from tonight, walk away with the understanding that, from today, life will get better."

He also led the audience in singing "Happy Birthday" to Lovato, who celebrated three years of sobriety on March 15, which she referred to as her "third birthday."

As expected, Lovato was ecstatic over her man's sweet gesture, holding her hand to her heart while gazing in to Wilmer's eyes.

"I don't know what to say," Demi told the audience, clearly overcome with emotion before adding with a laugh, "So I'm going to go off-stage now."

Earlier this week, in honor of three years of sobriety, Lovato posted a PDA pic with Wilmer on her Instagram account.

"I wish I could put into words how grateful I am for this man right here. But my love has grown to a level that words could never possibly express how much this man completes me. He's loved me the way I never thought I deserved to be loved and with this day marking my 3rd year sober," she wrote. "After sharing my ups, putting up with my downs and supporting my recovery... he still never takes credit and I want the world to know how incredible his soul is."

Happy to hear (and see!) the two so in love.
