Winter may have just ended for all of us, but it's still coming on Game of Thrones!
HBO's hit fantasy series is about to return for season five, and although we're still a month out from finally getting new episodes, we've got two clips from the season premiere for you to watch right now!
Waiting is so last season.
The first clip shows Varys (Conleth Hill) and Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) after they made their tense escape from King's Landing—leaving the bloodbath of Tyrion's rage at his father behind them. But now that they're safely away from retribution, what does Varys have planned for Tyrion? Why did he really save Tyrion from his fate?

Up north at the Wall, things are just as tense, as Stannis Barathon (Stephen Dillane), who sees himself as the true Protector of the Realm, has arrived to save everyone from the true war heading their way: the White Walkers. But Mance Rayder (Ciaran Hinds) already had his army at the Wall, uniting all the free folk and wildlings to save everyone north of the Wall from that same fate. Awkward...
So now that the two "Kings" are clashing at the Wall, what will Mance do? He told Jon Snow (Kit Harrington) he didn't want to conquer with his army, just save his people, but does that mean bowing down to or battling with Stannis and his army?

Um, Game of Thrones season five is already shaping up to be our favorite season yet and it hasn't even premiered!
Here's what else we know about the upcoming, sure-to-be epic season: Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) is going to get her revenge on all the families who tore her own apart, Tyrion is going to find himself face-to-face with Dany's dragons (and possibly Dany herself?), Arya (Maisie Williams) makes her way to Braavos to begin her training to become an assassin, we'll finally meet the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce), and so much more!
Plus, check out an all-new batch of first look photos from the new season in the gallery below.
Game of Thrones season five premieres Sunday, April 12 at 9 p.m. on HBO.
