Kanye West to Headline 2015 Glastonbury Music Festival in England

Rapper will be making his debut at the annual event

Kanye West is headed to Glastonbury!

The 37-year-old rapper will headline the annual music festival in England this coming June.

Glastonbury organizer Emily Eavis announced the news earlier today on Twitter, writing, "We are thrilled to let you know we have the one and only Kanye West headlining Saturday night on the Pyramid stage!" The Glastonbury Festival Twitter also shared the news, writing, "We're very excited to announce that @kanyewest will headline the Saturday night at Glastonbury 2015."

This will be Kanye's first time performing at the annual event.

The Foo Fighters and Lionel Richie had already been confirmed as Friday night's headliners. The main act for Sunday night has yet to be announced.

Last year's Glastonbury Festival featured music acts like Metallica, Lana Del Rey, Lily Allen, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Imagine Dragons, Ellie Goulding, Haim, Dolly Parton, Arcade Fire, Kelis, Jack White and The Black Keys.

Glastonbury 2015 will take place June 24 to 28.
