When the pounds keep coming off, there's only one thing to do: Bust out the skinny jeans!
Almost three months after giving birth to Reign Aston Disick, Kourtney Kardashian stepped out in Beverly Hills showing off her incredible post-baby body.
Wearing a white scoop-neck top with a blazer that extended down to the floor, the proud mama looked chic and comfortable during a lunch date with Scott Disick at Nate'n Al Delicatessen.
She also clearly felt good as she later posted an Instagram from when she visited the restaurant's ladies' room to—you guessed it—snap a selfie. "I was getting so into it, the pic came out blurry," she captioned. "#Bathroomselfie #Notposing."
Kourt's latest meal choice appears to follow the regimen her yoga teacher recommended just a few weeks after giving birth.
"Everything she eats is very fresh, handmade, less processed, less garbage," Leila Johnson revealed exclusively to E! News. "Kourtney is a ghee goddess. She is obsessed with ghee. It's clarified butter."
OK, maybe they don't serve that at the deli. But she likely didn't pig out with burgers and fries, right?
And as many women know, an impressive body like that doesn't just come from a healthy diet. She also has to work her butt off in the fitness department. Whether waist training at home or enjoying hikes in the hills, Kourtney knows how to stay fit.
"She's past the 6 weeks now and she is starting to get into an exercise routine," Johnson revealed. "She's doing some cardio now—walking and running."
