For a proud mother of three adorable kids, Kourtney Kardashian looks nothing short of fabulous!

In fact, just six weeks after giving birth to her latest son Reign Aston Disick, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was already flaunting her post-baby body on Instagram.

So, what's the secret to looking and feeling so great? As it turns out, it takes a lot of hard work!

"Everything she eats is very fresh, handmade, less processed, less garbage," Kourtney's New York based yoga teacher Leila Johnson revealed exclusively to E! News. "We make our own roasted trail mixes. We use coconut oil, raw pumpkin seeds and other nuts."

She continued, "Kourtney is a Ghee goddess! She is obsessed with ghee. It's clarified butter…She cooks with it and you can eat it on an empty stomach."

The co-host of The Healing Planet added that Ghee can absolutely help with anxiety while also keeping expectant moms more grounded.

While fans of KUWTK know Kourtney is always trying new recipes—who can forget human placenta for dinner?—Johnson assures fans it's not just a healthy diet that can contribute to weight loss. A well-planned fitness routine can do wonders for any new mom

The best part? You don't have to start the minute you give birth to your child.

"One of the tricks for losing weight is spending the first few weeks doing as little as possible, just hibernating at home for the first 6 weeks," Johnson revealed. "[Kourtney] does that every time, her weight comes off so fast. She just does gentle walks and breast feeds."

But as Kourtney recently confessed on Instagram, she still has 14 "stubborn pounds to go" that could take her routine up a notch.

"She has been hibernating at home! The weight is just falling off. She's past the 6 weeks now and she is starting to get into an exercise routine," Johnson said. "She's doing some cardio now—walking and running."

The hard work is paying off! Looks like someone will be in tip-top shape when a new season begins!
