In Defense of Jessica Alba

Plenty o' other blogs are ripping Jess a new one for covering her face on the way in to get herself a mani-pedi in Beverly Hills.

We'd just like to point out that girlfriend could be at some swanky spa but instead gets her nails done (with optional shoulder rub) at an Asian-style place, just like the rest of us.

Only, now that her favorite nail spot's been splashed all over the Internet, we don't blame the mama-to-be for upgrading to some snooty place with underground parking. Then wait for the inevitable high-maintenance backlash! Sometimes you just can't win.
