INFphoto.com Britney Spears has been enjoying her $1,500-a-week court-stipulated shopping allowance. Case in point, the pop star was seen Friday afternoon at the Beverly Center mall, browsing and buying budget-friendly items from Forever 21 and Claire's Accessories.
Brit reportedly ducked out of Claire's through a back way, and her black Escalade was seen a short time later "driving erratically" near the mall trying to avoid the trailing paparazzi. Sources tell E! her car ran a red light and was pulled over by Beverly Hills police. At which point, one of Brit's bodyguards opened a car door and shouted out to the officer, "Sir, it's going to be a mess, you sure you want to stop us?"
The cop reportedly looked around at the throng of photographers approaching and let Britney's Escalade zoom away. Talk about a happy ending to her shopping trip! Avoiding what could have been at least a $300 ticket has to be the best bargain of the day.
