Dustin Diamond wasn't Saved by the Bell this time around.

While appearing in court Thursday with his fiancée, Amanda Schutz, for a hearing, the former TV star reportedly broke out into hives. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only bad outcome of the appearance, as he and his Schutz learned that they would be facing a jury trial tentatively set to begin at the end of May, per NBC News.

Diamond stands accused of stabbing a man at The Grand Avenue Saloon after Schutz became entangled in an altercation on Christmas. The alleged victim said he had forcefully shoved Diamond but didn't realize he had been stabbed until later. The Saved by the Bell alum pleaded not guilty to second-degree reckless endangering safety and two misdemeanors while his fiancé pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

The 38-year-old's attorney, Thomas Alberti, has previously said that none of the eyewitnesses at the Port Washington, Wisc., bar reported seeing Diamond stab the man. The judge, however, ruled that there was enough evidence to stand trial.

Ozaukee County Sheriff's Dept.

A police report obtained by E! News revealed the details of the event, "At approximately 11:15 p.m. on Thursday, December 25, 2014, the Port Washington Police Department responded to the Grand Ave. Saloon for reports of a stabbing," police said in a statement. "Evidence quickly gathered at the scene indicates a male, age 37, had stabbed another male patron and left the bar in a white SUV with his 27-year-old girlfriend. Officers quickly located the suspect vehicle and suspects and took both into custody."

"Further investigation revealed the suspects were in the Grand Ave Saloon where an altercation took place. The altercation escalated to the point where a victim was stabbed by the 37-year-old suspect. The knife was recovered in his vehicle," the statement added. "The victim suffered not life threatening wounds, has been treated, and is recovering at home."

Ever since departing Saved by the Bell and its subsequent spinoffs, Diamond continued to make appearances in TV shows and film, but became better known for his work in a sex tape called, Screeched – Saved by the Smell.

He later told Oprah Winfrey that he regretting doing it.

"The sex tape is the thing that I'm most embarrassed about," he said on an episode of her show, Oprah: Where Are They Now?.

"In my stupidity, I thought, 'You know, I could totally fake this. I could get a stunt person to take my place,'" he added. "It's my face, but nothing else. Looking back now, in my 30s, I realize that was really dumb. You know, I definitely got some money off of it but it wasn't worth what the fallout was. I mean, people, to this day, they look down on me. There's a lot of people who are like, 'Oh, how disgusting of you.' I didn't really do it!"
