How much fun does The Last Five Years look?!
Not only does this romantic comedy star Anna Kendrick as a struggling actress and Smash hottie Jeremy Jordan as her novelist husband, but it's a musical!
And only we have an exclusive sneak peek showing the two in bed together early in their relationship.
As the two roll around and clothes begin to come off, Jordan sings "Shiksa Goddess," a song about finally dating a girl who isn't Jewish (known in Yiddish as a "shiksa").
"If you had a tattoo that wouldn't matter. If you had a shaved head, that would be cool," he belts. "If you came from Spain or Japan or the back of a van, just as long as you're not from Hebrew school, I'd say now I'm getting somewhere. I'm finally breaking the rule. I'd say, 'Hey shiksa goddess, I've been waiting for someone like you.'"
And just as things start to get real steamy, Jordan jumps out of bed.
"What's happening?" a very confused Kendrick asks.
Jordan looks at Kendrick and exclaims, "I have to take this in!"
As we know, Kendrick is no stranger to musicals. She starred as Cinderella in last year's movie adaptation of the Stephen Sondheim musical Into the Woods and she'll soon be seen playing Beca again in the Pitch Perfect sequel.
And it was just announced yesterday that she'll be performing at the Oscars on Feb. 22.
We can't wait!
The Last Five Years is in theaters and on VOD on Feb. 13.
