Fame Pictures, IncBrit's busy weekend with creepy paparazzo pal Adnan Ghalib isn't likely to help her case when it comes to regaining custody of her kids.
Kevin has said he will never allow Britney to see Sean and Jayden again until she agrees to help for her mental problems. He has long said she needs to be on medication and seems to be using this opportunity to press the point.
"He hates to be in this kind of blackmail situation with her—get help, get on meds, or you won't see the kids. But he feels like he has no choice," says a source close to both parties.
But we've been told Britney has refused to get help for her reported bipolar disorder.
Even her rehab session—which she refused to take seriously—was allegedly a compromise to avoid seeking treatment. She thinks there's nothing wrong with her except that people won't leave her alone. She refuses to see she has a problem, let alone a mental disorder.
Whatever is ailing Britney, here's hoping she and Kevin can pull it together for the kids' sake.
