The new Pitch Perfect 2 trailer is here, and yes, the Barden Bellas deliver everything you ever wanted—and then some.
The clip kicks off with Rebel Wilson suffering an extreme wardrobe malfunction during the singing group's special performance for the president of the United States' birthday. Needless to say, Rebel, Anna Kendrick, Brittany Snow & Co. are suspended from all university vocal competitions and replaced by the European champions, Das Sound Machine.
Elizabeth Banks and John Michael Higgins agree that if the Barden Bellas somehow win the world championship, they can be reinstated to the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA). This type of victory, of course, is laughably impossible, but the Bellas are determined! So is the world ready to get "pitch slapped"? We'll have to wait and see—Pitch Perfect 2 hits theaters May 15.
Before that, though, we'll get to see Beca (Kendrick) perform at the 2015 Academy Awards! Admittedly though, on Tuesday's Ellen DeGeneres Show, the 29-year-old said she's "so nervous" to take the stage Feb. 22!
And while she'll "make sure the heels are low and the dress is loose," Anna still wants to take some extra precautions to avoid a nip slip like the one she almost had thanks to the "slutty pant suit" she wore to the Grammys!
